What’s New in Version 1.4?

I’ve overhauled RBC to give you ultimate control over basically every aspect of your vehicle animations. Below are just some of the highlighted features available in this release.

🎇 New FX Panel: Add realistic visual effects with ease using the new FX Panel.

Tire Marks: Automatically generate tire marks on surfaces, with customizable textures, transparency, and duration settings.
Tire Smoke: Create dynamic tire smoke effects that react to wheelspin and speed, with adjustable density, color, and dissipation rates.

🏎️ Advanced Physics Control: Take full command of your vehicle's handling with the revamped Physics Tab.

Traction Control: Fine-tune lateral and linear friction forces to perfect your vehicle's grip on any surface for precise steering control.
Downward & Lean Forces: Add realistic downward force to increase traction or enable and control your vehicle's leaning motion for simulating motorcycles and two-wheeled vehicles.
Drift Dynamics: Master every slide with a dedicated Drift Control tab, allowing you to adjust drift angle, factor, and decay for both front and back wheels.

Full Engine Control: Adjust everything from RPMs and customizable torque curves to create the perfect engine profile.

🎬 Powerful Animation & Export Tools: Bring your simulations to life with the new animation workflow and export options:

Animation Cache: You can now record and store multiple physics simulations, allowing you to pick and choose the perfect take.
Bake to Keyframes: Convert your recorded cache data into permanent keyframes in your animation timeline, giving you full artistic control for final edits.
Quick Export: Export your work with ease. Choose to export the active rig, all rigs, or the full scene, with options to automatically center the origin for seamless integration into software like Unreal Engine.
